Welcome to E-Banking UK

In March 2023, UBS announced its intention to acquire and merge with Credit Suisse.

On Friday 20th June 2025, clients of Credit Suisse in the UK and Channel Islands will transfer to UBS AG. We would like to inform you in advance that there will be some disruption to your eBanking service as we carry out the transfer activities:

• On Friday 20th June 2025 eBanking will be unavailable. You will be able to access eBanking again from the start of business on Monday 23rd June 2025.

• If you utilise eBanking for payments or trading functionality, please contact your Client Advisor who will be able to support you with these requests. Where possible we would ask that any payments or trading is undertaken before Friday 20th June 2025.

• On Friday 20th June 2025 you may receive notifications of new documents that are available for you to view, such as pre-trade cost disclosures. You will be able to view these when eBanking is operational again on Monday 23rd June 2025.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Thank you in advance for your support..

Please be aware that the integration of Credit Suisse and UBS creates a unique opportunity for fraudsters to contact our clients purporting to be from our organisation or selling fake investment schemes from our entities. This could be a means to get information from our clients or to trick clients into sending money to a new account. Please be vigilant if you are contacted by an unknown party. UBS and Credit Suisse entities will never contact you by email or telephone with new bank account details. Before transferring money or sharing personal details, please contact UBS (or relevant bank) by telephone. If you are already a client, please contact your UBS or Credit Suisse advisor or contact UBS on +44 (0)20 7567 8000.
