Payments and Trading: As individual or joint account holders these services are available to you and anyone who is currently authorised to make payments or place and authorise Execution Only stock market orders for your accounts. This authority will be in line with their relevant existing signing capacity for your Account(s) as an account holder or under a third party mandate. Online payment requests are free of charge and ExO orders submitted through the trading facility are processed with a discount of 25% on your existing transaction fees.
Quotes and CIO Investment Views: Live Stock Market Quotes and enhanced research news and analysis are now integrated into your e-banking platform. Here you are able access Quotes and CIO Investment Views and manage your virtual portfolios.
Enhanced transactions extract: In response to your feedback, the transaction extract now includes additional information and has a revised format, making it easier for you to work with the extracted data.
You are able to communicate with your Client Advisor through the enhanced secure messaging channel. Please set up your notification preferences through the settings menu and then navigate to the messages tab to initiate and read your messages.
